The very first activity was around developing a common language and understanding of the desirable and undesirable behaviours to living the Values.
Employees took part in a ‘tagline competition’ to generate descriptions of the values in a language that resonated and was meaningful to them. The consolidated output from these workshops were validated at a subsequent senior leadership offsite that HR Anexi also facilitated. In this session, senior leaders worked together to explore what the validated set of ‘future-proofed’ values meant to the organisation and its fast growth trajectory. This led to the documentation of behavioural guideposts to support bringing the values to life through senior role models.
