Dr Ashish Arora

Ashish is the Founder and Managing Director of HR Anexi, a strategic human capital consulting organisation. An experienced HR strategist, business coach, and serial entrepreneur, he closely works with family-owned businesses in their organisational transformation journeys. He mentors entrepreneurs and senior leadership teams to align strategic priorities and practices to the organisation vision. His down to earth approach, strong business acumen, and interpersonal relationships inspire leaders to gain the most from their interactions with him.

Ashish's unique people-first approach to organizational transformation focuses on empowering employees to reach their business goals. He has been leading large-scale HR transformational projects for family-owned businesses in the SME segment for over a decade now working with across diverse industries ranging from logistics to robotics, from manufacturing to IT, from real estate to pharmaceuticals.

Over the years, he has held various leadership positions including Asia-Pac Director HR for CA Technologies. He was also the Global Director for SYNTEL. He served as the Director of Executive Education at the Indian School of Business (ISB).

Ashish is a frequent keynote speaker in various industry forums like FICCI, SME Chamber of India, ACMA – YBLF to name a few.
